Before trying to print from Internet Explorer, select File / Page Setup...
In the Page Setup dialog box
Ensure that Paper Size is set to A4 (210 x 297 mm)
Ensure that Paper Source is set to a tray with A4 paper in it
Delete all text from the Header and Footer textboxes
Set Orientation to Portrait
Set Left Margin to 10 mm (allow a gutter for filing the document)
Set Right Margin to 0 (your system may reset this to a higher value)
Set Top Margin to 1 mm (your system may reset this to a higher value)
Set Bottom Margin to 0 (your system may reset this to a higher value)
Press OK
