You can summarise what you know about a family by using the forms below. They are adaptations of standard forms used internationally for the exchange of genealogical information.

If you are a Microsoft Excel user, you may want to read filling forms with Microsoft Excel.

If you do not have Microsoft Excel, you should be able to print a blank .htm form. Read Printing Web Pages before you try to print. You can then fill in the blank forms by hand.

Forms
As its name suggests, a Family Group Sheet contains the details of two parents (one male, one female, not necessarily married) and all their biological children.

A Pedigree Chart shows details of one person (the subject), and the subject's biological parents, grandparents and great-grandparents.
