As you probably know, it is perfectly possible to download .htm spreadsheet files (such as those on the Forms page), copy them as desired, and then right-click Open With Microsoft Excel.
I provide below .xls versions of the same forms, which you may download to save yourself some time and effort. I have applied password-protected Locking to the .xls versions, so only data cells can be selected. As you won't know the password, this may save you from yourself - it's your own decision.
You may like to use both versions, so that you have some sheets fully under your own control, and others more securely protected from accidental reformatting etc.
You may even want to develop your own forms based on my .htm forms. That's fine by me. If you make yours substantially different from mine, you should remove my copyright. If you make only tiny alterations you really ought to keep my copyright. Alternatively, you might like to suggest improvements by using the Feedback page.
